By using our website or participating in Women On A Mission programs, events, coaching, or memberships, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Membership Terms
Women On A Mission offers annual membership tiers. By joining, you agree to:

Pay all applicable membership fees
Respect community standards and values
Memberships are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership if guidelines are violated.
3. Payments & Fees
Memberships are billed annually unless otherwise stated
Event tickets are non-refundable unless specified
Payment plans must be completed as agreed
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
4. Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Event tickets and coaching services are non-refundable unless specified.
If an event is canceled by Women On A Mission, options for rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
5. Code of Conduct
Members and participants agree to:
Treat others with respect
Avoid harassment or disruptive behavior
Maintain confidentiality when appropriate
Foster a supportive, collaborative environment
Violation may result in removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, materials, and programs are owned by Women On A Mission and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Coaching Disclaimer
Our services are for personal development and empowerment purposes only and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Women On A Mission is not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of income or opportunities
Personal decisions made based on participation
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
9. Media & Photography Release
By attending events, you consent to photography, video recording, and promotional use unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
10. Event Waiver & Liability Release
By attending or participating in any Women On A Mission event, program, or activity, you acknowledge and agree that:
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
Women On A Mission is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during events
You release and hold harmless Women On A Mission, its leadership, staff, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities
Participation confirms your acceptance of this waiver.
11. SMS/Text Messaging Compliance
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Women On A Mission, which may include:
Event updates
Membership notifications
Promotional messages
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.
We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties.
